Accounting Services:
1.) Monthly Financials 3.5% (.03) of total charges,revenues,sales,deposits,etc. Includes bank reconciliations, depreciation, etc. to close month end. No Inc. or corp. Will do only schedule c businesses, sole proprietors,self employed, consultants and contractors,llc's etc.(example if you gross $100,000.00 in a year your price will be $3,500.00 for the total of all services.)
Services provided for all entities ala carte::
1.)Bank reconciliations for all accounts .05 cents per transaction from each bank statement.
2.)Depreciation schedules $0.85 per line item.
3.)Inventory extensions and totals 0.12 cents per line item.
4.)Quarterly taxes $33.00 per quarter and must send forms
5.)Accounts payable checks $3.55 per check
6.)Payroll checks $3.55 per check.
7.)audit work papers $25.00 per account with proper paper work to do work paper and previous years paper work if not knew entity
8.)Accounts receivable collections 18% of amount received from payer.
9.)Task force committee member base price plans plus market price for travel, lodging,and food.
10.)limited Liability coverage for sole proprietorships cost plus 20%

12.)All other accounting functions
